Councillor Temitayo Roberts

I am Temitayo Olajumoke Roberts, I am passionate about helping people to help themselves, improve their well-being and live life as best possible. My faith in God is important to me and I have two beautiful children, Dylan and Juliana.
I work with the NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board and I am a qualified and registered Psychological Well Being Practitioner supporting people with common mental health problems using evidence based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
I chose to become a councillor because I want to make a difference in the community where I live and contribute to its success and thriving as a place where both the young and older generations can interact in a positive productive and respectful way to help one another, the community and future generations. I see myself as a connector and helper in bridging the gap between the young and older people and the diverse and rich cultural heritage we have in Rainford. I always want to learn more about people and places and moving to Rainford a few years ago and living in this peaceful community is a blessing and I want to be able to help someone else feel blessed too.”
