The Bar
The Bar has a good range of beers, wines and spirits including a large variety of gins. Trooper beer, Moretti and Fosters Lager are served on tap. Real ale on a hand pump can be available on request, as well as any specific alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks desired.

Hire of the Main Hall, Tables & Chairs (with set-up), Crockery, Cutlery, use of the Kitchen and Staffed Bar: £1200 for up to 100 guests, £1300 for between 100 and 120 guests, £1400 for between 120 and 140 guests, £1500 for between 140 and 160 guests. (Maximum number of guests 160)

FAQs
How many Guests? The Maximum number of guests the Hall can accommodate is 160.
Is there disabled access? Yes, there is disabled access to the side of the building and additionally a disabled bathroom.
What Time can the Hall be hired until? Midnight.
Can you use your own caterers? Unlike many other venues, Rainford Village Hall allows you to choose and bring your own caterers.
Is parking available? A free car park is available opposite the Village Hall.
Can you recommend DJs, Caterers, etc? No, but we can provide you with a list of companies that have worked at the Village Hall previously.
Is live music allowed? Yes! As there are houses near to the Village Hall, we do not allow live music after 11pm.
How is a booking secured? A date is secured when a completed Booking Form is received along with a non-refundable booking fee of £250.
