I bring over 35 years of public service experience, having worked with the Department of Justice (Prison Service) and the Isle of Man Department of Home Affairs.
For the past 15 years, I have been proud to call Rainford my home. During this time, I’ve come to appreciate the strength and closeness of our community. As a resident of this vibrant village, I am passionate about supporting and promoting local events, protecting the unique character of our area, and ensuring that the voices and needs of our residents are heard and respected.
I have a deep interest in history, particularly ancient history, and enjoy historical novels and audiobooks. I also study Eastern Philosophy. Rainford’s rich social history has captivated me, and I’ve immersed myself in learning about its fascinating past. I’m fortunate that my family lives nearby, allowing me to stay connected to both my loved ones and the community I care deeply about.
