Functions & Events at the Village Hall
At the Rainford Village Hall we have functions for many different occasions to fit your desire; Birthdays, Weddings, Christenings, Anniversary’s and many more.
The Bar
The Bar has a great range of soft drinks, mixers, beers, wines and spirits, including a large variety of gins.
Trooper, Moretti and Fosters lager are served on tap.
Real ale on a hand pump can be available on request, as well as any specific alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks desired.

Hall and staff:
Evening hire of the main hall with staffed bar: £250 for up to 120 guests and £275 for 120 – 150 guests
Hire of Reception Room: £50.00
Hall Dressing: from £50 per hour
Waiting on Staff: £3.50 per guest
Clearing/washing up staff: £2 per guest

Round Tables with cloths (seating up to 10): £15.00
Chiavari Chairs: Price on request
Rectangular Tablecloths: £7.50 per cloth
Chair Covers& Sashes: £2.50 per chair

Setting Up the Hall
If you need any time set aside to decorate, the hall is also available for hire per hour to make sure you feel prepared for your event. As well as any decorations we can provide, you also very welcome to bring your own decorations and equipment.
The spacious rooms and tall ceilings of the hall mean that we are also very flexible with the variety of different apparatus you can bring to the hall—we have previously hosted events with LED dance floors and even bouncy castles!
* Please note: an insurance certificate must be provided for any equipment brought into the hall and all electrical items must be PAP certified.

How many Guests?
The Maximum number of guests the Hall can accommodate is 180
Is there disabled access?
Yes, there is disabled access to the side of the building and additionally a disabled bathroom.
What Time can the Hall be hired until?
Midnight.
Is parking available?
A free car park is available opposite the Village Hall.
Can you use your own caterers?
Unlike many other venues, Rainford Village Hall allows you to choose and bring your own caterers, who will have full access to the kitchen at the back of the hall.
Can you recommend DJs, Caterers, etc?
No, but we can provide you with a list of companies that have worked at the Village Hall previously.
Is live music allowed?
Yes!
How do I hire the hall?
Viewings of the hall can be booked so you can see the space in person. If you then decide you’d like to hire the hall, the booking is secured by the completion of a booking form and the payment of a non-refundable booking fee which will be deducted from the final invoice.
