The Parish Council have received several complaints about the state of Higher Lane & Rookery Lane around the Miller Homes Development. Residents are concerned about: Mud on the road and pavements, potholes and debris in the road.
Councillor John Bimpson and Councillor Tracey Denton are the liaison Councillors with Miller Homes and have been dealing with this issue. They have contacted St Helens Borough Council and the Highways Department regarding the potholes these are now scheduled for repair within the next 28 days. Councillors Bimpson & Denton have also requested an urgent meeting with Miller Homes, along with actively trying to speak with the site manager.
Please take care when using the pavements and roads near the site.
