NOTICE OF VACANCY IN
OFFICE OF PARISH COUNCILLOR
Notice is hereby given that Helen Smith, formerly a member of the above named Parish Council, has ceased to be a member of the Parish Council, and that a casual vacancy now exists in the office of Councillor for the Junction Ward of the Parish of Rainford.
A by election will be held should within 14 days* after the date of this notice, ten electors of the said Parish Ward give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
