Vice-Chairman 2022/23 Rainford Parish Council
Councillor Chris Lamb has been a Councillor Since 2019. Chris has been a civil servant for over 22 years working in a variety of roles from HR, Engagement Lead, Parliamentary Business, IT Project Manager and Digital Engagement Manager. Prior to that he trained as a Pub Manager. He also worked as a special constable for 8 years including the Rainford Beat and had roles with the probation service.
Councillor Lamb received the British Empire Medal for his services to Charity and the Civil Service Lifeboat Fund in 2019 New Years Honours List
Chris is the Chairman of the Community Liaison
